On the 6th of November, the V Best Legal conference was held in Limassol, where Angelina Fitoz took part as a speaker in the thematic session: "Deoffshorization and tax transparency in Russia and Cyprus".

The main topics of the session were presented: "CFC: we consider tax consequences. We make a rating of jurisdictions", which will be told about how to calculate the tax effect of the activities of the CFC and compiled a visual "tax rating" of different jurisdictions, as well as: "Amnesty of capital in Russia: how to use it and not to violate anything", whether the exemption from criminal liability gives the right to rehabilitation and whether the state guarantees work in practice. The theme included information on what the "week points" of Amnesty is better to know in advance what challenges banks face in practice, beneficiaries who disclosed their anonymity in the framework of the Amnesty.

Also, the consequences of participation in the process of the Russian capital Amnesty from the point of view of tax and other state bodies of other countries were considered.

Participants of the conference were practicing lawyers, heads of legal companies, chairmen of specialized associations and associations, entrepreneurs and directors of companies working in the field of international business, heads of business associations, Cypriot lawyers, auditors, bankers.
